    Titanium flat bar stock Materials

    Ti-6Al-4V (ASTM B348): This is the most common titanium alloy used for flat bar stock, accounting for over 70% of all titanium flat bar stock used worldwide. It has a good balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and formability.


    Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo (ASTM B348): This alloy is known for its excellent high-temperature properties, making it ideal for applications that operate in hot environments.


    Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Extra Low Interstitial) (ASTM B348): This grade of Ti-6Al-4V has been heat treated to reduce the amount of interstitial elements, such as oxygen and nitrogen, which can affect its properties. This makes it more formable and weldable than standard Ti-6Al-4V.


    Ti-3Al-2.5V (ASTM B265): This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater, making it ideal for marine applications.
